South Georgia Classes

Thank you for your interest in the Watson School of Real Estate. Our sales pre-licensing in-class course is offered twice a year. We offer a 9 week evening course with classes twice a week, from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 2 all day Saturday classes. We also offer a day-time course which meets for 6 weeks on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. The Watson School of Real Estate was licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission in June, 2007 and the license expires December, 2010. Our school is approved by the GREC to offer pre-license, post-license and continuing education.

Pre-registration is required for all classes. Our in-class pre-license sales course fee is $325.00 which includes tuition and textbooks. An advance non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 is required to reserve your space in the class. The balance of your tuition is due two weeks prior to the first day of class. No refunds will be made.

Licensing Procedures:
To enter the real estate profession you must obtain a license from the Georgia Real Estate Commission. This can be achieved by meeting the following criteria:   

• You must be 18 years of age. 
• You must have a high school diploma or the equivalent. 
• You must successfully complete a Georgia Real Estate Commission approved 75 hour education course (pre-license course). 
• You must submit a criminal background check. 
• You must pass a State exam.

If you would like to attend an in-class Sales Pre-licensing Real Estate course, please complete the registration form; include a $100.00 (non-refundable registration fee) payable to Watson Realty Corp. and mail to Watson Realty Corp, 6250 Hwy 40 East, St. Marys, GA 31558, ATTN: Jan Shiff.
